White Collar Criminal Defense Attorney/Owner
Strong focus on healthcare fraud, including advising clients on compliance and regulatory
matters for contract negotiation and enforcement to lead counsel in federal court. My clients are
doctors, nurses, marketing executives, laboratory companies, pharmaceutical management, and
medical equipment providers. My results are incomparable. I have obtained a total acquittal in
a $100 million Tricare fraud federal trial; total dismissal in $27 million Medicare fraud by a
hospice company; two year sentence (30 year maximum) $55 million lab services company
insurance fraud of big four private insurance companies (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United); and
other notable outcomes.
